Witness the healing of old wounds, the release of suppressed memories, and the release of the sticky situations of the past as they detach themselves from the knee.
By adjusting the release valve of the knee, you may regulate the outflow of your accumulated artefacts. Your body’s hurts, resentments, and anger are absorbed by the loving earth, which turns them into tools that will help you heal and feel better right now.
